We still have a major staff shortage

We still have a staffing shortage. There are people with intellectual /physical disabilities who are going without services because they can’t find providers with staff to work with them. I can’t believe that there are not people out there who want to make a difference in the lives of others. Someone who has a few hours one , few days a week or two nights a week to help another person and get paid for it.
