Thoughts, limitations, and standards of hot sauces

Now don’t get me wrong I love hot sauces but I’ve come to the realization that I have certain limitations and standards when it comes to hot sauces . 🫢 The only two hot sauces I’ll never ingest ever again are one ghost pepper & two scorpion pepper 🌶️ (they are both major long stories that I will not get into discussing because of those two hot sauces )🥵 those are the only two I can never handle like I thought I would . But They are the most deadliest hot sauces I have ever had.

We all have issues

We all have “issues” because we all have a story. No matter how much work you’ve done on yourself, we all snap back sometimes. So don’t be so hard on yourself. Growth is a process, not a light switch.
