This is the time of the year where all of us are outside more going out , it’s gorgeous out and we’re walking everywhere but please be aware of your surroundings. Always have your phone turned on, but don’t get too distracted or glued to your phone when you’re out and about. But remain in contact with people no matter where you are. Never keep both of your headphones on while you’re out and about because somebody can catch you off guard without even notice. Try to look around you . Or you could be with someone out & about so that way you’re not alone if you choose not to walk alone . Be suspicious of shady looking cars for the ones that have very suspicious looking windows where you can’t see their faces purposely but you can only see the shape of their head . Also be aware of that shady car when they try to purposely block you in anybody’s driveway or at any location run, hide , take a picture of that vehicle, go back home, contact any friends and family members and call the police . Believe me I’ve been in a serious situation like this where I was almost trafficked in broad daylight in my own neighborhood during the pandemic at the time. It was a traumatic moment I’m not gonna lie, but thankfully I have the professional help I needed to heal from this scary situation , also wonderful friends from everywhere that are comforting & some of my family members who are understanding of the situation. Please be careful this spring ,summer and fall. Keep your phone on you, but don’t get distracted. These dangerous people are more aggressive and much scarier than ever.

We all have issues

We all have “issues” because we all have a story. No matter how much work you’ve done on yourself, we all snap back sometimes. So don’t be so hard on yourself. Growth is a process, not a light switch.
