I made a new Snapchat account and my old Snapchat account has been hacked and erased

So apparently, I got an email from Snapchat today saying that my old account is permanently gone and taken down due to suspicious activities and apparently someone from out of state in Brunswick Georgia well technically someone from out of the country Got a hold of my account, hacked my account and just wiped out my old account completely.

I’ve never had my Snapchat be hacked before .

On my app Friends / contacts completely gone, things I had favored and saved completely gone, memories from my old account like my photos completely gone, chats completely gone my original bit emoji gone, locations on the map that I had favored completely gone and videos I had favored completely. In the Snapchat email they said I can never make a new account ever again.

But they are wrong because I was able to make a new account with a different email account, but with a different screen name and I still got to use real name as well again and same profile picture, but I had to do a new updated bit emoji . Although I’m having a little bit of trouble with adding my phone number on there, but that’s a whole Nother issue. But I’m back on Snapchat, baby !! I’m starting everything from scratch again. So yeah, just a friendly reminder.

I did not block any of you at all  trust me I have no beef , conflict, hate or issues with any of my friends currently on that app because I was completely hacked , account erased and I was devastated because it removed a lot of the people that I care about and so many awesome memories were erased since I couldn’t have access to my data from the original account, but luckily I was able to obtain as much as I possibly could overtime but I don’t think I got everything. But I tried and it is what it is.

So if you get a follow request, it’s me. I’m literally doing things by scratch all over again which I never thought through Snapchat, I had to do. And it looks like they did an update so I’m literally learning my way around again. It’s annoying and frustrating but new beginnings. It’s gonna take me a while, so please be patient because I’m learning my way around this again. I hope you guys understand. Thank you for listening to my rant and to my TED talk.
